How do I deny a request?

The easiest way to deny a request is to take no action. If you do not complete the request and do not have an account with us, we will delete your email address from our records within 14 days. 

Alternatively, when the request is sent by the child, the parent will receive the request. During the review, the parent will notice the field "You don't want to approve this request?"

Parents may select “Exit Review” which would also deny the request.

Note that your child will still be able to access certain aspects of the game, but they will not have access to all features. This is also known as "Child Friendly Mode".
