I’m trying to verify my age with k-ID, but my parent or guardian never got the email.

If your parent or guardian never received a verification email from k-ID, please ask them to follow these steps:

 

  1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, k-ID emails can be mistakenly marked as spam. Check spam or junk email folders to see if the email is there.
  2. Verify Email Address Spelling: Make sure that the email address was entered correctly.
  3. Resend the Email: Go back to the previous page and request another email. Wait a few minutes and check again.
  4. Check Email Filters: Ensure that email account filters are not set to block or redirect emails from k-id.com.
