I’m trying to verify my age with k-ID, but I’m getting an error message.

If the age estimation scan failed or you are getting another error, please read the error message carefully and try again. You may also try the following steps. 

  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between LAN (wired), Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that resolves the issue.
  2. Refresh the Page: Close and restart the webpage, then try the verification process again.
  3. Try a Different Device or Browser: Some issues may be device or browser specific. If possible, switch to another device or try a different browser.
  4. Allow Camera and Microphone Access: If the verification process requires taking a photo or recording video, ensure your device has granted the necessary permissions.
  5. Wait and Try Again Later: If the issue persists, the verification system may be temporarily down. Wait a few minutes and try again.
