ConnectID supports verification with the following institutions in Australia:
- Commonwealth Bank (CBA)
- National Australia Bank (NAB)
- ANZ (through ANZ Plus)
- Westpac
If ConnectID is available as a verification method for the game, app or service you are trying to access, you can select it and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select “Verify with ConnectID”
When prompted during verification, choose the ConnectID option.
Step 2: Choose your identity provider
Select your bank or trusted provider (e.g., NAB, ANZ, etc.). You will be redirected to their secure login page.
Step 3: Log in and authenticate
Sign in using your bank credentials or other verification method (such as a one-time code). This confirms your identity with your provider.
Step 4: Review and provide consent
Review the information being requested (for example, age confirmation), then confirm your consent to share it. Once verification is complete, you will be redirected back to the app, game, or service, and your age or identity will be confirmed.
Please note that ConnectID may not be available in all verification scenarios. If your bank or provider is not supported, you will need to use an alternative verification method.
